At Dankha, every product is made especially for you through our Print-on-Demand (POD) process. Because each item is produced after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Return Eligibility

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selected by the customer

• Personal preference

• Custom-made Print-on-Demand products

Reporting an Issue

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if a replacement product is unavailable. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where applicable.
